Shipping policy

All hair extension orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders that are not hair extension items will be shipped through USPS. 

Once an order has shipped and tracking is provided, The Thai J. Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
