Refund policy
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days (Monday-Friday) for pre-order processing. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary during high-volume or holiday periods.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.
Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may require verification. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in cancellation.
Shipping:
All hair extensions are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
Once an order has shipped and tracking is provided, The Thai J. Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
Returns & Store Credit:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If an error was made on our behalf (wrong or defective item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
To qualify for review, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Hair seal intact
If approved, store credit only will be issued. No refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Orders returned to sender, refused, or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Additional shipping costs for returned items is the customers responsibility.
Chargebacks:
Please contact us directly with any issues before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
