How long does it take to process my order?
Items labeled as preorders are processed within 7-14 business days excluding weekends & holidays. Non-pre orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Lost/Stolen package's
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we can’t be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All hair extension orders require a signature upon delivery. If your tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
How many bundles will I need for an install?
We recommend 3 bundles for a full install.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error made on our behalf. If you receive the wrong items or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Store credit
Store credit may be issued at our discretion for eligible cases, such as damaged items or minor product concerns reported within 48 hours of delivery. Store credit is non-refundable, and shipping fees are not included.
